interesting halloween and office

there is a cold war going on with my manager..e-mailed him on Monday regarding my assignment and got no response till yesterday..sent him a reminder mail and no response till today morning when he replied back saying he will come back with an answer today..god knows what will come next...well today is Friday ..the day i love the most..end of another hectic week...feeling like going home right away..Diwali is coming and my home city would be full of so much excitement and lights..i miss that..yesterday while going home it was like will i catch it? or will i not...first i left on time but subway came late..still i was hopeful to catch the next train in time..went running to platform..train was there and full of people so i thought i caught it in time ..but it just didn't move for long..so it is also starting late which means my third train is definitely missed..but when i reached station..i found third is 5 min late..so i am lucky...but wait ..5 min late means my bus from station to home is missed...still i like to take my chances and it worked...my bus was still there and i hopped on and reached home the time i expected...so it was late miss late miss late miss but still the end result was same...these sequences keep you on toe ...running and catching...kinda interesting..i got a meeting with Users on Tuesday..don't wish to be there..has lot many other things to do..lets see what my manager has to say regarding this..went to buy an iPhone yesterday ..lady at the counter checked my identity and said "Sorry sir we can sell you iPhone, you already bought 2 of them".and i was shocked to my last inch of the body...me 2 iPhone...didn't know i was so rich". asked her to check again with the store manager...she went came back..discussed something with him...and finally i got it..it was not for me but one of my friends asked me to buy and ship it to him..iPhone is a nice thing to have...latest trend for the geeks..apple products have a air of their own...they just hypnotize you and leave you empty pockets...i went for the Halloween parade..was good..intresting outfits inter sting people..creative fashionable ..few were crazy..there was a girl in parade with nothing on except the jeans and having painting all over herself..though she was creative but somewhere down the heart i find it weird..to roam in parade like that...dancers were good...dancing with the spirit of happiness..then there was zombie dance ..typical for Halloween parade...it was good..the best costume i like was that of character from movie "predator"..so original so real..there were costumes of ghost,spider man,bat man,dancers,zombies,cupid,doctor,police officer,royal personalities and many more..some where funny some were spooky and some were naughty..tantalizing..oofff...overall it was good and enjoyable...

winter mornings..

another day winding up...going for the halloween parade today..once in a year occasion...hopefully good enough to be remembered..interesting thing is we remember the wrost experiences too...now mornings are getting more and more chilling..today it was 2 celcius..still i like winter mornings more than summer mornings..they make you feel the warmth of your bed..make you cuddle inside...sometimes alonesometimes with a beautiful thought..a soft smile..you leave bed so lightheadedrelaxed..no rush to get things done..laziness is a good luxury that i can affordonly few times...i sometimes dont feel like working anymore here..i wish to go home ..my land..india..two of my friends getting married..one in november and one in january..i gonna miss both of the dates...marriage ceremony is great thing..you meet so many of your relatives friends..all at the same place..in todays life, full of rush, this is the best chance to be in touch with everyone..morning train ride was jerky today...i just made it to the coach and the door closed..just sliding behind my back..i was settling with my stuff and suddnely the train movedand there i go...somehow managed to hold the bar..composed my calm and took the plunge in my morning feed of newspaper..gotta go..to packup things before i leave for the day..

curious people

Today my manager is in and rain is out..so nice cloudy morning..with a pinch of chill...the wet chill that comes after rainy days..today is friday..day i wait since monday..planning to go out in evening..my friend leaving for india soon, so planning something with him..i too, will be going back soon, as india is where i belong to...my country my home..today in the train a black man was sitting besides me and he seems to have somemental balance problem..he is murmuring something i couldnt understand..i tried to focus on my book..thankfully he left the train on next station andi could sit back relaxed now..one never knows suddenly what these people come up with..i was waiting for my second train when i saw a girl stading few steps away from mebesides a pillar..she seems to be indian but i am not sure...our eyes met twice and then i took a plunge in my daily news feed from the newspaper..the train came i took my seatand continued reading further...suddenly i realized she was sitting next to me..sometimes situations are unexpected..we didnt say anyword to eachother...and she is offthe next station..few people get stuck in your mind..and then stay there for a while..its just one of those thougts..this city is so full of rushing people..sometimessomeone suddenly start talking to you..wish u good luck while leaving and just disappear..you never know when they gonna meet you again on some morning train..but i never start a conversation..it always me giving answers or opinion to someone else point..regarding my daily commute the most distinguish thing i noticed is the number of peoplewho me for directions..how to reach this point...can you help me about the train timing..where this address could be ? so many instance that i couldnt even remember each of them..but i wonder what people see on my face that they came to me asking these questions..do i look like a information counter clerk or i look damn smart person.:))) i can only wonder...

rainy day

today too the same start..same rain ...same rush...and manager out again..one reason to smile is that i get another day to complete my stuff that i couldn't complete yesterday..i have to call my parents too..i call them every alternate day and i wait for it every other day..life is going good but too fast sometimes...new york dont give you much time for ..anything..i like rains but only when i dont have to run in it...i like to watch rain pouring down from my train window seat...same goes for the snow ...when snow falls you see undisturbed snow sheet in the morning..
smoke coming out of kitchen chimney of houses...houses having people running inside to get ready for the day waiting for them outside..i like the calmness that i can see in the distant city houses...gotta roll now...catch ya later...

To being with..this would be my first blog entry ...sitting in office with my manager out today..i look the liberty of jotting down few words and start a blog...its raining today and didnt feel like coming to office...the morning rush is what i hate...hpfully the day goes smooth...will be back soon...
